Reagan Foxx was born Keri Kerrington in Scottsdale, Arizona, and raised in Kentucky in a conservative, Christian household where she spent her youth deeply influenced by her family’s values. Growing up as an only child, she described herself as an introverted person who kept mostly to herself during her early years and didn’t come into adulthood until later in life.
